Simon - WWII Intern

Simon was born to an English man and a Ceylonese mother. His father was a rubber assessor whose travels took him all over Malaysia before WWII. He was buried in Bidari cementry when he died in 15 Feb 1942. Simon was interned at a camp in Sime Road for the duration of the war. He found employment in the British Army after the war. He worked in logistics.
